Teens are one of the most misunderstood segments of our culture.The peer pressure to follow the world and its ungodly philosophies is a constant struggle for many of them.Here at FBC we love our teen-agers and we want to do everything we can to help them face the challenges they are dealing with now and to prepare them for a future of joyous service for the Lord Jesus Christ. The Fundamental Baptist Church teen group has a 4 fold purpose to help our teens grow as Christ did, the Bible says in Luke 2:52 that Jesus increased in wisdom (mentally), and stature (physically), and in favour with God (spiritually) and man (socially).To Help our teens grow in these 4 areas they have their own Sunday School class and a Wednesday night preaching service geared just for them.We also have regularly scheduled activities as well as youth conferences and camps sponsored by churches of like faith and practice that we attend. To help them develop Christian discipline, we have developed a yearly point incentive program that rewards Bible reading, soul-winning, and service in the local church.
