In the Filipino Outreach Ministry (F.O.R.M.), our passion is to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ together and help others to do the same. Our purpose is to reach out to Filipinos throughout Ventura County and other outlying areas. There are approximately four million of us Filipino-Americans living in the US today. Most of the time, we are so busy trying to chase that American dream. We are so focused to get ahead that we even forget the purpose why we are doing it. We work long hours and we spend so much time away from the house we paid so much for and many times we find our health rapidly deteriorating because we try so hard to achieve those earthly goals we have set. Then, we grow old and soon leave this earth still chasing that dream. Jesus Christ did not design life this way. Many Filipinos have walked this path and they never had a chance to hear exactly what the Word of God says about life. That is why Filipino Outreach Ministry is designed to bring the good news to Pinoys who never heard the Gospel, and to help believers grow in their faith and shine in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Many Filipinos are very religious and believe there is a God but few have personal relationship with Him. We usually mock "What is this born-again stuff?" but we actually doesn't know the real meaning of those two words. The Bible said in John 3:7 "Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." He came because of sin and spiritual death of all mankind. He died, was buried and rose again to pay for our sins so we do not have to work and earn our way to heaven. Salvation is a gift that Jesus Christ will give freely to whosoever believe and trust Him as their Saviour (John 3:16). Please come and know more about the Lord Jesus Christ. You might find the answer you have been looking for all your life.
